The best beaches in Málaga, spectacular views

FROM THE TRANQUIL, PEACEFUL BEACHES WHERE THE SHADES OF AEURE BEWTCH US, TO THE LIVELY BEACHES OF THE MOST COSMOPOLITAN BEACHES ON THE COSTA DEL SOL. SPECTACULAR VIEWS WICH THE EDITORIAL GEOPLANETA HAS PLEASANTLY SUPRISED US WITH BY ONCE AGAIN INCLUDING THEM IN IT'S GUIDE `THE BEST BEACHES IN ANDALUCIA´.

Blues, greens, browns and greys are protagonists in the images wich we can rarely appreciate in this way. The winding shoreline which links one town with the next, leads you throught the most wonderful coastal scenery. You are in the Costa del Sol, possibly the most built-up area on the fringe of the cost of the Iberian Peninsular, yet there are still coves and inlets hidden away in natural beaury-spots for travellers who are seeking some peace and quiet. These are the beaches which we should be most concerned with preserving, as much for those who visit them as for the prospective residents.
Beaches in Malaga, Andalucia, Spain, The capital city of south SpainOn the other side of the coin there are beaches which are more cosmopolitan, with all the facilities imaginable, whose sandy shores are the main attraction and most popular meeting places in the Malaga towns who overlook the Mediterranean which explains the sunshades and people popping up everywhere to take in the fresh sea-breeze.
It depiets images of the mountain-ranges of Bermeja and Almijara at either end of the province, and the hills of the town of Málaga, which plunge into the sea; that bluye, mistress of the land which has always laid before her.
Many of these beaches have been given the bluye European flag award, which contrary to speculation, has once again graced the sands of the best tourist beaches in Europa.
Spain has once again been the country which has received the highest recognition, and the Costa del Sol haas come second. The European Foundation of Environmental Awareness has been studying the whole coastline in depth, in oder to establish which beaches are worthy of such a high honour. This process is actually determined by the water and sand's cleanliness, whether the beach has shower and washing facilities, security and first aid as well as other complimentary services.
Beaches in Malaga, Andalucia, Spain, The capital city of south Spain Practically all of the beaches listed on these pages boast these facilities, althrough some of them, due to their location are not suitable for the construction of certain infrastructures as it would damage the surrounding wildlife. Thus, in the 73 beaches wich are monitored in the Province of Málaga, with over 140 km of coast-line, there are several types of sand whose texture dependes on the movement of the sea and the composition of the surrounding rocks, the warying water temperatures, which influence the tides and the strength of the sun's rays.
However, what we are most interested in is the beautiful landscape which are permanently bather in sunlight. Golf courses, property developments scattered around the hills, roads whose imposing presence interrupt the subathers peace and quiet; the tall cement blocks are silent witnesses to the sunsets over the blue horizon or the reflection of the moon at night, the wooden sundecks on the sand where we lightly 'toast' our skin, or the mirror-like water at the far-west of the Costa del Sol. It is a visual feast.

Beaches_MalagaThe local authorities make several recommendations every year for the correct way to care for and look after the coastlines and their surroundings, and also about not taking unnecessary risks when subathing or swimming *Drink plenty of water and don't consume excessive amounts of alcohol. Make sure the wather you is proper drinking water. *When you go into the water, do so gradually, wetting the nape of your neck, your shoulders and waist before completely immersing them.
